How we get the personal information and why we have it

All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you through our website for the following reasons:

• Club Membership
• To be able to contact members about upcoming events
• To keep a private record of members

We do not share this information with other Organisations or Companies. Data such as Name, Callsign, Town and Country will be displayed on our website only.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@essexcw.uk

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on a private encrypted server with only password access.

We will keep contact details and Amateur Radio information for the Duration of the club (Essex CW Amateur Radio Club)  We will then dispose of your information by eradicating all copies of personal information.
